Children below 5 years can stay free in parents’ room. However, when using extra beds in room, it will be charged for Bed, Breakfast & Other meals, etc. if on plan. Children aged 5 years and above are fully charged.Cancellation Policy :
Advance payment is not refundable . If cancellation is received, less then 30 days before the date of check-in, one night’s room rent will be charged as retention charges.Amendment Policy :
Reduction in number of rooms booked or postponement or pre-ponement of dates of arrival & or departure are accepted with subject of availability, however cancellation rules as above may apply depending on as to when the amendment is requested. There could also be a change in rates as the prevalent rates on the day of amendment for the dates of booking requested may apply, especially in context of increase of rooms booked, if any for the increased number of rooms.No-show Policy :
One night’s room rent will be charged as retention charges in the event of No-show.Incomplete Stay Policy:
- For Late check-in or early check-out by a day or more during the dates of booking, charges as One night’s room rent as retention charges plus the actual stay charges will be levied.
- Early check-in before 10 am will be at extra 1 day’s room rate (as room will be held from previous day)subject to prior booking as per availability.Late checkout after 12 pm subject to availability will be charged at extra full day’s tariff.
- Final Bills to be settled on presentation before check-out from the hotel by cash or credit card. No personal cheques are accepted.
- All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Udaipur Court only
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
